Our modern luxury open space in the South Bay area is ideal for hosting workshops, classes, meetings, photoshoots, and content creation. Recently refurbished, the space spans 121 square feet and can accommodate up to 15 individuals, depending on the event. Situated within a co-working facility, it provides additional amenities like a waiting area and a unisex bathroom. The “flex space” is equipped with a utility sink and adjustable lighting to create the ambiance you desire. Amount of tables & chairs will be provided upon request (no extra fee).

10am-6pm (8HRs) = $360 - $54 (15% Discount) + $30 (Cleaning Fee) = $336

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
My professional cleaning crew will be cleaning the entire building every week and after each booking. They will be using Clorox spray along with another spray that is EPA approved on all seats, tables, counter tops, bathroom surfaces and other high touch point areas. In each bathroom there will be: A) an extra supplies of tissue paper, paper towels and seat covers will be underneath the sink & Multi-purposed 70% or more alcohol based wipes & sprays to help disinfect the high touch surfaces and shared amenities after your use. B) Hand sanitizer available for you to use C) Upon availability there will also be Lysol spray to use on the door handles and toilet handles if you prefer that over the wipes. D) Hand soap dispensers to wash your hands with warm, soapy water & lotion bottles available. E) ADA bars to accommodate handicap personnel ***PLEASE be respectful with these items***
